[mythtv-users] OT: Cygwin and QT3.3.1 for MYTH on win32

I've been curious about this for a long time--I run a lot of stuff via Cygwin.  I've had success with remotely running the frontend (minus playback) via cygwin's X-server and ssh tunneling to the backend.  That's really slow and doesn't work for playback, so isn't really practical.  It would be great to see the frontend actually run locally in cygwin and access the backend normally.

If this thread takes off, I'd be happy to document the results for the user guide.
