The card is fine, I have the exact same one. Only difference is I
compiled all my own software instead of using apt-get.

Are you sure it's the capture and not the playback? What card/software
are you using?

If you think it's the capture, try compiling your own kernel and/or
ivtv module. I'm using linux 2.4.25, the video 4 linux 2 patch, the
i2c-2.8.0 patch (only needed to use the IR controller on your card)
and ivtv 0.1.9.

This is an update.....  I finally got it working with the settings from
Jerod's HowTO.  I don't know what I did the first couple of times through,
but I finally got it work this last time.
