[mythtv-users] Commercial releases of MythTV?

Has anyone noticed the fairly reasonable price on this pre-fab MythTV 
box as far as it goes?

I mean, I just did the conversion and that's about $1300 US.

I'm guessing from the specs it has 160 GB HD, PVR-250, nice case with 
LCD screen in the front, plus a remote control and wireless keyboard 
(mouse?)

For a commercial product, that's not a bad deal!
