[mythtv-users] TV out video card's

Does any body know if the GeForce FX 5200 does over scan on TV output?

Also, does any body know if the ATI 9200 cards(Using the ATI driver)do 
over scan?

I am using a GeForce 4 and it does not do over scan.  I would like my 
next TV out card to do over scan.
