The analog tv will work fine but it will need either a composite or s-video
input. You could also purchase a rf modulator. 

You will also need some sort of a capture card like a PRV250 and a video
card that supports a tv-out like the nVidia 5200.

A word of warning: This hobby quickly becomes addictive :)
