I should really be posting this on the XMLTV lists...

I think I've worked out what's causing tv_grab_uk_rt to spit out this 
error when crossing between UTC and BST:

Date 20040328 1:05am is impossible - time goes from 2004032801:00:00 UTC 
to 2004032802:00:00 DST at /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.3/Memoize.pm line 247

It looks like the RadioTimes website considers one day of listing to end 
at 0200 the next day instead of at midnight.  But it looks like XMLTV is 
treating everything on the same page as the same date, so when it sees the 
shows between 00:00 and 02:00 it treats them like they are today's shows 
instead of tomorrows shows.

The thing I'm worried about isn't the UTC->BST changeover though (whcih 
only causes a problem once a year).  More concerning is the question - 
does this mean the listings are always wrong between 0000 and 0200 every 
day?
