You should get the matching kernel config to .config and make
oldconfig twice and make dep.

But video4linux and DVB drivers are already available in rpm form. Try
increasing the danger level by going "testing" or "bleeding" (or get
them by hand).

Feedback mostly welcome! I have no DVB hardware to test with.
