I just bought a Toshiba DVD-R burner from TigerDirect for $70.  I though it
would be noisy, but when I tried it I found that it is actually MUCH quieter
than the DVD-ROM drive I had before.

Hi,

I need to buy a DVD drive for my myth frontend. I also need a DVD
writer. Are anybody using a DVD writer as their primary DVD drive?

I'm mostly concerned about the noise level during playback. Any
recommendations?
