There are some applications that were done to convert from wiki (but
not specifically from MoinMoin wiki) to DocBook. They are:

* wt2db: http://www.tldp.org/downloads
* parsewiki: http://moin.sourceforge.net

Another option would be to translate directly from the HTML using a
stylesheet as the one described in (It is a copy of the DocBook made in
June, 2003):
