I've googled little and found this, apparently you are not the first one:

There are some applications that were done to convert from wiki (but
not specifically from MoinMoin wiki) to DocBook. They are:
* wt2db: http://www.tldp.org/downloads
* parsewiki: http://moin.sourceforge.net
