I'm still not having any luck.

I followed Jarods example and its still not working.

I think i2c is the problem. I see he released a patch for it but im not having any luck..

I'm running kernal 2.4.22

Anyone have a suggestion? Should I just move to 2.6.6

would that solve my problems?

Subject: [mythtv-users] Problems with lirc and bttv

I have a myth box almost setup and complete.. except I can't seem to get Lirc to work right.

I have a Hauppauge WINTV+Radio 410 card with bttv drivers running it

When I run lirc I can get the driver module loaded for it using lirc_i2c

but when I run /usr/bin/irw and push some remote buttons it doesn't put anything on my screen so it seems like it isn't accepting the inferred signal.

  I'm stuck.

Anyone have a similar setup who could post their modules.conf file for me and any information that might be helpful.

My remote is the silver/grey one that comes with it, if that helps.

  Thanks,

  Matt
