[mythtv-users] Data Direct success

I was already running the cvs version so I didn't have to deal with
that.

Went to zap2it site with certificate in .../mythtv/docs documentation
create a userid, login

reran .../mythtv/setup/setup and entered userid, password.
no luck;  some wget error in log.  Saw in mythtv docs that wget has to
be upgraded to version 1.91 so I got that and reran setup.  Worked like
a champ!

Didn't have to mess with any tables;  didn't lose programming.
