[mythtv-users] Defragmenting the video drive, is it worth while?

My system has been running for several months now and I notice the drive
tends to be spending more time seeking tracks than it did when it was
freshly formatted so I ask the list this question: Is it worth while to run
a defragmenting program on my video drive (xfs format) and what is the best
package to use?
