MythTV (currently..) can't do it, with 1 capture card. I think you should be 
able to watch LiveTV from 2 frontends when you have more than 1 capture card 
(say 2 PVR-250's), but don't nail me on that.

A program that can do 'linked' playback is NMM, so if you _need_ it:
