[mythtv-users] Listings after 9pm eventually go missing.

The days of information turned in from the TV stations are up
through shows that start by 5pm. Therefore, the very last day is
always partial. This patch tells mythfilldatabase to grab the 12th
ahead rather than the 13th so you will get fewer of these partial
days but they may still happen occasionally.
