I don't  know about the web-burning add-on  but nuv2disc is known to be  be working on suse,knoppmyth,FC1,FC2 and gentoo.
Although that being said FC is probably the hardest distro to make nuv2disc run on.  Mostly this is due to transcode and ntpl.
