Hi again,

If this works, I'm going to leave it at this stage.

Did another major change.  Every time it is run, it check if the
previous guides in the cache are out of date.  It then retrieves the new
files.  Yesterday a couple of tv programs moved times while I had the
old times in the cache and I nearly missed recording a program.

TODO
- clean up old files
- fix 0:00 to 6:00
- do something about config file
- two region codes and foxtel
