I fixed the table (and the file) using mysqlcheck. What you can do it
turn off mythfrontend and mythbackend and then run:

mysqlcheck -u <user> -p -r mythconverg

That will fix the table and mythtv will be able to find the file from
now on. However, it will not fix the jump points for all recordings
already recorded
