[mythtv-users] Need Dish Network lircd.conf

Does anyone out there have a lircd.conf file
working with different codeset than the #1 codeset?
I'm currently using JVC_RAW remote config, which works
fine on both of my Dish recievers, but I have both receivers
being tuned with one instance of lirc, and I need separate
codesets for each receiver.  The non-raw configs that I've seen,
for codeset 1, 6, and 9 do not work on my receivers.
there is a program on http://www.turbobit.com/software/
called jvc_raw.c that supposedly can generate raw codes, but I
don't know how to use it.  Can anyone help here?
