Make sure nothing is obstructing the airflow to the back of the PSU. 
Moving the IDE cables as far away from the PSU fan as possible (best to 
use one of those newer and shorter optical drives) drasticly reduced the 
noise on my pundit. Also removing the fan guard on the PSU can reduce 
the decibels some more. (anything obstructing airflow is *bad*)
