[mythtv-users] Most recent mythfrontend gives floating point

Unless I run mythfrontend as root, it dies after registering MythMusic
as a media handler. This started with the last apt-get that updated
myth (less than a week ago). Before this last update, I could run the
front end as a regular user. Now, it scales the backdrops and whatnot,
and then disappears with a floating point exception.
The mythfrontend log, when run as a regular user:
004-11-29 23:57:45 mythfrontend version: 0.16.20040906-1 www.mythtv.org
2004-11-29 23:57:45 Enabled verbose msgs : important general
2004-11-29 23:57:47 Registering Internal as a media playback plugin.
2004-11-29 23:57:47 Registering MythDVD DVD Media Handler as a media handler
2004-11-29 23:57:47 Registering MythDVD VCD Media Handler as a media handler
2004-11-29 23:57:48 Registering MythMusic Media Handler as a media handler
Then mythfrontend crashes with a floating point exception.
Below is the mythfrontend log when I run mythfrontend as root.

(etc... things proceed as usual here.)
I have mythfrontend running as suid root, for root (redundant, I know)
and users in group mythtv, which is the group for the user that
experiences the floating point exception.
# ls -l /usr/bin/mythfrontend
-rwsr-sr-x 1 root mythtv 1690672 Nov 27 19:17
/usr/bin/mythfrontend
Couldn't find anything more recent than June about this on the web or in
the list so I thought I'd send a message. Any ideas on how to fix
this? Code issue, or can I tweak my setup?
