[mythtv-users] Gentoo myth-cvs ebuild

Such odd timing to receive this. I just downloaded every mythtv
package I am using from CVS on my gentoo box. I tarred them up as
0.16.1 and copied the 0.16 ebuilds over just so I didn't have to write
a CVS ebuild.....
