I updated the Myth wiki with instructions on using the ebuilds.  I'm not
sure if a closed Gentoo bug is the right place to store the tar file,
but I guess it works.

I've fixed the /usr/local prefix issue, so they all seem to work for me
now.  Apparently that also fixed the mythbrowser issue, too.  Looks to
me like we're all set.
