[mythtv-users] Force Kill on /dev/video0 read/write error

It sometimes happens that the TV Card (PVR350) doesn't want to come 
online. In the log it shows:
error reading from: /dev/video
read: Input/output error
error reading from: /dev/video
read: Input/output error
...ad infinitum.

Unfortunately it just keeps retrying. Is it possible that when this 
happens, the backends kills itself? This will allow the script in the 
cron to restart the backend.
