[mythtv-users] tv status icons missing.

I'm running 0.16 from ATRPMS on my FC1 box.. and I just recently noticed
that the status icons are missing when browsing recorded shows.  (the
icons that display if a show has comm flags, cutlist, bookmarks, auto
expire, etc..).. I've tried switching to several other themes but they
are missing on all of them.. YET they are created in the
.mythtv/themecache/{themename}/type directory.  Is any one else having
this issue?
