I've never set up a remote frontend myself, but I believe if you mount 
the NFS share under the same path name as it exists on the backend 
server, then mythfrontend will look there first for recordings before 
trying to stream from the backend.

i.e., if your recordings are in /mnt/store/mythtv on the backend, then 
mount the NFS export under /mnt/store/mythtv on the remote frontend.
