Hi,

I am using one. It's the Trust Televiewer 1610 RC. It has both SCART and
S-VHS output, the ouput on the TV is fairly good. See www.trust.nl. I
can output 1600x1200 max and supports both PAL and NTSC.

It's about 100Euro's
