Note that a Celery 366 overclocked to 550 is a far cry from a P3 at 650. That 
Celery doesn't have SSE capabilities, which amounts to a sizeable performance 
hit for video encoding and decoding.

Yeah I am wondering how much the SSE helps.  I don't have the tuner card yet, but I do have everything else.  I just don't wont to spend close to $100 when $30 would work.
