Not accurate. While the mouse is hidden, clicking is correctly handled.
Actually, this is the only way I know to see any drop-down list rather
than having to move through all the list values with the l/r arrows.

I still wonder, why is the mouse hidden permanently? Leaving it as an
option will make a lot of folks happy.
