You set it based on the recorded resolution. There is a default screen 
size plus two screen sizes that can be switched to based on the width 
and height of the recorded program. That way you can watch 720x480 
recordings on 888x508 (in my case) and 1920x1080i recordings on 
1856x1080 (in my case).
