[mythtv-users] Problems with Bob under XvMC

I was told the 0.16 build of MythTV can do Bob de-interlacing while using XvMC.  So - I went to go try it today and I found it was failing saying it could not due to a refresh rate too low.

details:
- mythtv 0.16
- FX5500
- P4 2.6G HT
- pcHDTV and PVCR-250

Any idea what this means?  Here is the output from mythfrontend:
