[mythtv-users] In China mainland Mythtv special setting for PIP

In china mainland ,Does mythtv was required  specail
setting for play tv?
I am newlearner install Mythtv-0.15.1 fellow offical
install documents, 
 downland mysql------------->copy its include/* and
libs/* to correct localtion-------------->downlaod
XMLTV or use perl command  install
XMLTV----------------->downlaod qt-3.3,3, then
#./configure --prefix=/usr -qt-sql-mysql
-plugin-sql-mysql, gmake, make install, later
successfull!-------------->downlaod mythtv-01.5.1,
then #./configure --prefix=/usr , perl Makefile.PL,   
make install, afer than everything sucessful!
#cd [mythtv directory]/setup
#./setup
#cd [mythtv directoy]/programms/

[root at HCC mythfilldatabase]# ./mythfilldatabase

as result , i can watch tv by mythtv in china
mainland, does it result by my country? help!
BTW, i want to know does XMLTV is related to Mythtv?
XMLTV's grabber have not china channel programms
information,
