Why not ask tv_grab_uk_rt?
~>tv_grab_uk_rt --help

In tv_grab_nl the options is called '--days N' where N is 1 in your 
case. Next you pass that to mythfilldatabase as such:
~>mythfilldatabase --graboptions "--days 1"
