[mythtv-users] Automatic Commercial Detection - how to get it

On this theme, I've noticed a flash of a green coloured frame before
DVB-T commercial breaks in the UK.  Has anyone else noticed this (is
it realiable), or is this a frame that the Myth detection inserts? 
Could such a frame be used for detection?
