[mythtv-users] Favorite cases, PSUs, fans?

What are your favorite cases in which to house MythTV?
I've searched the archives and the most popular appear
to be CoolerMaster, and Epox and Soyo (IIRC those are
cases).

Is the stock PSU adequate, or any preference there as
well? How about case fans? For both, I presume noise
level is one of the most important factors.
