Hrm... I replied earlier, but I still haven't seen my reply hit the list. In
short, follow instructions. Don't modify /etc/hosts like that.
Stock /etc/hosts:
$ cat /etc/hosts
# Do not remove the following line, or various programs
# that require network functionality will fail.
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
Other than that, everything looks fine.

Those lines are fine. The 0.0.0.0 simply means the server is listening on all
your IPv4 interfaces, 127.0.0.1 included.

Repair /etc/hosts, and I think it'll work.
