[mythtv-users] X in FC2 from PVR350 output

I've been trying to get up and running using Jarod's instructions
(thanks Jarod!) for FC2, but am not having much luck getting X running
stablely on the PVR 350 output.

None of the ivtv ck108k rpm packages appear to contain ivtdev, so I
almost got it working using the binary version of ivtvdev_drv.o from
http://membres.lycos.fr/badzzzz/  Unfortunately, it would freeze up
after a short amount of time; I could get my X login and start booting
into KDE, but then it would freeze more or less randomly.

Has anyone had any success getting this to work?  What step(s) am I
missing, either implicitly or explicitly, from Jarod's instructions?
