[mythtv-users] problem with ALSA and mplayer

Hi,

I was messing around with mplayer after finally getting most (all?) of the
mythtv stuff installed.

Unfortunately, mplayer and ALSA don't seem to be getting along.  When I run
mplayer on an mpeg file, it loads and displays but then I get the following
continual loop:

I am using an EPIA MII-10k, and I have the via-82cxx module loaded correctly, I
think.  Any suggestions?
