The version currently in gentoo portage is based offof 71d, although I 
haven't upgraded yet due to conflicting documentation on how 
modulers/test_ioctl/ivtvctl are meant to work these days. The drivers might 
be stable, but I'm waiting for the documentation to catch up before I risk 
any downtime :)
