Hmm. In the range up to 75 EUR it's very hard to get a working PC. In my 
recollection, te closes thing is a second hander at 100-150 EUR (that's 
with VAT/BTW). I got mine from B&B computing in Woerden 
(www.bbcomputing.nl). You could also sniff for a limited-time-only 200 
EUR celeron offer from various distributers. These pop up usually around 
the summer hollidays.
