Like me, you probably installed kde, X dev rpms during install. Well,
I had to uninstall them, or some anyway.

try rpm -e xorg-x11-devel-6.8.2-1.FC3.13_2.rhfc3.at

this will kick out a list of dependencies. It will take you about 10
min to remove all the packages needed to remove this one. Run the
update again it should be fine.
