[mythtv-users] Recompiling glibc with optimizations reduces Mythtv's cpu usage.

The interlace setting within /sys is being set to "0" within the
specific ./libs/libavcodec/ codec source code. Once executed, then the
"live tv" starts playing back. 

Have I got this right?
