I don't think this is the problem as none of the tables have any
errors to fix. Is there a chance that because PAL is involved (or a
particular ivtv version) there are calculations using NTSC numbers
which is causing the numbers. Because the numbers are so different, I
can't see that myself but I'll see if I can look in the source and
carry out some testing using different bitrates etc on my PVR.
