To all, FWIW, Geoffrey's post above has been very useful.  One issue I have
is that I found that ESPNHD was unencrypted (when scanning under windows),
but it doesn't seem to have shown-up under this method.  Also, there are
several channels which are missing an identifier.  Anyonw know why these two
situations would arise?
