[mythtv-users] mythfilldatabase not inserting data into db after upgrade

After upgrading to 0.17 mythfilldatabase is not inserting data into
the database anymore. When running from the command line everything
seems to work fine except that at the very end it tells me that 0
replacements have been made.

I have tried changing the password of the mythtv user and made sure
that this user can access the database. Everything else works great
except filling in the epg. Has anyone else experienced this? What
could possibly be the cause of this?
