be warned that while the 5200's do come fanless they get incredibly hot 
when they are.. not effecting the card much but the overall temp of your 
case will raise considerably

also the 5200 has horrible 3d performance (slower then the gf4mx) if you 
plan on doing any opengl stuff

otoh i hear the quality of the 5200's tv-out is better..
