Hmmm, by any chance is your vlc install in /usr/local/bin ? Most
likely /usr/local/bin is not in the default path of the user (apache?)
running your web server. The easiest thing to do would be to hard-code
the full path to vlc in mythstreamtv.sh (that's what I did).
