[mythtv-users] PVR-350 - X via tv-out - tveeprom

You were right about the fb0 needting to be fb1. It *was* working on
fb0, but sometime today I did something that caused it to attach to fb1.
Unsure what, bute the VESA VGA fb device is now grabbing fb0 first.
Changing ivtv to fbdev didn't have any effect.

I fixed the tuner / channel changing issue and have it working over vnc
(without audio of course and choppy choppy choppy but it's not like I'm
planning on using it like this, it was just a test). It seemed it was
two issues. The tveeprom-ivtv module needed to be loaded instead of the
standard tveeprom, and mythbackend was loading too soon, before ivtv got
loaded.

Now I need to figure out both why ivtv doesn't load at boot, and how get
the X over tv-out working!
