if you're using one of the pvr-x50 cards then CPU isn't as big a
factor since the card does the en/decoding (depending on card) for
you.
if you want to transcode the captured file then you'll need a little
more power.  i think minimum recommended requirements were something
like an 800MHz PIII while using one of the pvr-x50 cards.  512MB of
RAM should be fine depending on what else you plan on running on this
box.  it should be more than enough for a stand alone MythBox.

i'm not sure if the pvr-150 is supported yet.  i know there are ppl
working on it, but i don't think drivers are available yet so you may
want to double check that.  the next best thing would be the pvr-250
which is a bit more expensive but does the same thing.  i think that's
the preferred card right now.

you may need to check with the ivtv mailing list to determine this.  i
know they are working on drivers for both the 150 & 500's, but i don't
think there has been much news yet on when they will be ready...
