Yes.  Thanks to John's (yes, John Harvey, as above) work adding Xv 
support to the PVR-350, the only real limitations of the PVR-350's 
output are that it does SDTV only (i.e. 720x480/576) and has no 3D 
(OpenGL) acceleration.  (OK, so the card doesn't have XvMC/iDCT support, 
but then again, that's only really necessary for "big" MPEG--such as 
high-def, which the 350 won't do...  And no computer that can run the 
350 really needs 2D acceleration--especially for 720x480...)
