[mythtv-users] Annoying blue lines on playback.

On live TV and TV playback I have blue lines on the upper and left sides of
the screen. 

Using the overscan and x and y offsets just moves the video but not the blue
bars. 

I've tried to use the nvtv control for the nvidia interface, but it won't
run for some reason (reports segmentation fault).

Any ideas on how to get rid of the blue bars?
